Brian C. Dragun

Brian Dragun has more than 20 years of experience serving as a consultant or expert witness in intellectual property matters and in the subjects of lost profits, reasonable royalty, economics and valuation. Mr. Dragun's engagements have included patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement and trade secret matters. Additionally, Mr. Dragun has also performed economic analyses for use in actual licensing negotiations involving computer assisted design software, data feed and content rights, and Internet-based software.

Mr. Dragun received an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a B.A. from Pomona College
